Trust
Continuity
Blitsol is a one-person studio. That shapes how the products are built: nothing a customer needs depends on Léon being at a desk. This page states what is true today, not what we intend to make true — a promise only counts once it is kept.
Your data is yours
In Kōro, you can export everything in your account yourself, at any time, in open formats, from your account settings — you do not have to ask us or wait for us. You can delete your account and its data the same way. Your data is never used to train models.
How the service runs
Kōro's database replicates continuously to object storage at a second provider, separate from the server itself, so a server failure does not mean losing data. Automated, alerted restore-testing is being built; until it ships we do not claim a tested restore date, and we would rather say that plainly than publish a date that is not real.
Support has a window
We answer support mail within two business days, Monday to Friday. Planned closures are published here at least 14 days in advance, and the service keeps running while replies pause. Security reports always reach us at security@blitsol.com.
If Blitsol ever stops
You get at least 30 days' notice by email, exports stay available for the whole notice period, and nothing is deleted before it ends.
We do not publish an uptime percentage anywhere. There is no redundant infrastructure behind one, and we would rather show the facts above than a number we cannot back up.
Peilscan
Peilscan is not deployed yet, so none of the above applies to it today. The same standard will apply before it launches.
