These terms cover blitsol.com, the studio site. Each product (such as Kōro) has its own terms for its own app, published on that product's own host.

Services sold under the Blitsol name
Web design and development work is quoted per project before any work starts; the quote and any agreed scope, price and schedule are the binding terms for that project, not this page.
Continuity commitment
If Blitsol discontinues a product, you receive at least 30 days' written notice by email, your data export remains available for the whole notice period, and nothing is deleted before the notice period ends. This binds; the plain-language version is on /trust.
Liability
Blitsol is a one-person studio with no uptime guarantee and no service-level agreement on any product. Liability for any product or service is limited to the amount paid for it in the 12 months before a claim, to the extent permitted by Dutch law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Blitsol is registered.
Blitsol is used throughout this site as the studio's trade name. Confirming the exact name filed at KVK is on Léon's own to-do list; until then, the name above this note is the assumption in use.
